Our client is a leading organization specializing in the processing of seeds for human consumption. Their core process involves peeling seeds, extracting oil, and producing high-quality proteins and flour from various seeds. In addition to production activities, they import a wide range of natural products, such as dried berries, seeds, grains, superfoods, and fruit powders from all over the world. With a strong focus on quality and sustainability, they play a crucial role in offering healthy and natural foods to consumers worldwide.

As a seed production worker, you'll operate machines that process hemp seeds into food for human consumption. The machine fills bags weighing up to 20 kilograms. Your responsibilities include:
- Stacking the bags on pallets;
- Keeping the workspace clean and maintaining a hygienic environment;
- Notifying the right person if the machine malfunctions.
This position involves rotating shifts. Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Each shift includes a paid 30-minute break. You will coordinate the schedule with your colleagues to ensure everyone can work their preferred hours. Occasionally, you may need to work 2-3 hours overtime on a Saturday. In such cases, you will always be paid for a minimum of 4 hours, with a 30% overtime bonus! It’s a great workplace where you can even listen to your own music.

To succeed as a production worker (seeds), you’ll recognize yourself in the following points:
- Fluent in Dutch or English;
- Motivated and enjoy working hands-on;
- A forklift or reach truck certificate is a plus, but if you don’t have one, no problem! We’ll cover the cost for you to obtain it.
