WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label store)
- Perform inventory controls and deep quality standards high.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Light assembly work
- Ability to use power tools (drills, saw, etc.)
- Able to lift, pull push (up to 25kg. or greater) following standard operating and safety procedures. Other physical requirements including, regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and crawl.
- Perform spot quality checks.
- Ability to obtain/maintain Forklift certification.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations by safely driving MEHER EU B.V. vehicle to deliver products to customer locations (if required).
- Use equipment and supplies to perform work in accordance with operational standards.

What you will bring
- 1-year minimum warehouse experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Competent and trained in driving a forklift
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to Health and Safety standards.
- Cross trained in Facility associate duties.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal English communication. Dutch language skills helpful but not necessary.
- A self-starter mindset — someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't need handholding.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a small team.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when the job calls for it.
