Als Front Office & Hospitality Host bij Magis Asset Management in Tilburg vallen de volgende werkzaamheden binnen jouw takenpakket:
- Jij bent hét gezicht van The City en de go-to-persoon (aan de receptie of daarbuiten) voor onze (toekomstige) bewoners;
- Je helpt toekomstige huurders aan een correct huurcontract;
- Je ondersteunt internationale bewoners tijdens hun studietijd in Nederland;
- Je helpt mee met het organiseren en bedenken van leuke activiteiten voor bewoners;
- Je helpt bewoners op weg richting de interne hotspots van The City en de studentenstad Tilburg.
Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen! Samen met een enthousaist en bevlogen team ga je dit nieuwe complex tot een succes maken. Hierbij ben je niet bang voor een uitdaging op zijn tijd.
What will you do?
You are the face of The City and the go-to person (at the reception or elsewhere) for our (future) residents.
You help future tenants with a correct rental contract.
You support international residents during their study time in the Netherlands.
You assist in organizing and coming up with fun activities for residents.
You guide residents to the internal hotspots of The City and the student city of Tilburg.
Of course, you don’t do this alone! Together with a young and passionate team, you will make this new complex a success. You’re not afraid of a challenge now and then.

Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur aan de receptie in de hotellerie;
-
Je geniet van communiceren met een dynamische doelgroep en hebt een natuurlijk gevoel voor gastvrijheid;
-
Je bent proactief en nauwkeurig;
-
MBO4/HBO werk-/ en of denkniveau;
-
De Engelse taal is geen enkel probleem voor je, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
-
Stress? Daar heb jij lak aan! Onder druk werken gaat jou juist heel goed af;
-
Je bent beschikbaar voor een dienstverband van 40 uur per week;
-
In het weekend werken is geen probleem;
-
Werktijden in overleg tussen 7:00 & 19:00 uur;

Benodigde vaardigheden: beheersing van de programma’s Word, Excel en Outlook;

Kan efficiënt werken in zowel teamverband als alleen;
Oh, en je hebt natuurlijk een rijbewijs B, want jij bent altijd on the move! -
You have experience in a similar role, preferably at a reception in the hospitality industry;

You enjoy communicating with a young audience and have a natural sense of hospitality;

You are proactive and accurate;

The English language is no problem for you, both spoken and written;

Stress? You handle it like a pro! Working under pressure is something you excel at;

You are available for a 32/40-hour workweek;

Working on weekends is not an issue;
-
Working hours are negotiable between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM;
Oh, and of course, you have a driver’s license B because you’re always on the move!

Dat is wat je uitstraalt als Front Office & Hospitality Host van The City, het nieuwste en leukste studentencomplex van Tilburg. Als Host van het complex ben jij een verhuuragent, gezellige en vrolijke hospitality-medewerker en het sprankelende gezicht voor de huurders. Allemaal in één!
The City is een unieke plek waar wonen, studeren, sporten, ontspannen en ontmoeten samenkomen. Hiermee willen we (inter)nationale studenten een onvergetelijke ervaring bieden tijdens hun studententijd in Tilburg. Als Front Office Host ben jij hét gezicht en aanspreekpunt om ze hierbij te helpen en ondersteunen waar nodig.
Over The City
The City is een nieuw internationaal studentencomplex op een steenworp afstand van Tilburg University. Het complex bevat 450 woningen, inclusief 18 studentenhuizen voor 5 of 6 bewoners. Wat The City zo speciaal maakt zijn de vele gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waar bewoners kunnen sporten, studeren, ontmoeten en ontspannen. Of het nu de gym, yogaruimte, de bar, study-spots, loungeruimte of het dakterras is, binnen The City vind je het allemaal onder één dak!
Maar dat is nog niet alles: binnen The City vind je ook 6 unieke werelden, verspreid door het gebouw. Deze werelden zijn speciaal ontworpen om de verschillende verdiepingen met elkaar te verbinden en zorgen voor een extra dosis plezier, ontspanning en ontmoeting. De Garden Zen Room, Music Room, Cinema Room, Bouldergym, Netroom en het Gamecenter maken The City een unieke en bijzondere plek en de sleutel tot een onvergetelijke tijd met elkaar.
About this position
That’s what you radiate as a Front Office & Hospitality Host of The City, the newest and most exciting student complex in Tilburg. As the Host of the complex, you are a rental agent, cheerful and friendly hospitality employee, and the sparkling face for the tenants. All in one!
The City is a unique place where living, studying, exercising, relaxing, and meeting come together. With this, we aim to provide (international) students with an unforgettable experience during their student years in Tilburg. As a Front Office Host, you are the face and point of contact to help and support them where needed.
About The City
The City is a new international student complex just a stone's throw away from Tilburg University. The complex contains 450 residences, including 18 student houses for 5 or 6 residents. What makes The City so special are the many communal spaces where residents can exercise, study, meet, and relax. Whether it’s the gym, yoga room, bar, study spots, lounge area, or rooftop terrace, you’ll find it all under one roof at The City!
But that’s not all: within The City, you’ll also find 6 unique worlds spread throughout the building. These worlds are specially designed to connect the different floors and provide an extra dose of fun, relaxation, and interaction. The Garden Zen Room, Music Room, Cinema Room, Bouldergym, Netroom, and Game Center make The City a unique and special place and the key to an unforgettable time together.
