For Saris Aanhangers B.V. | Henra Aanhangwagens B.V. a production site in the Netherlands (approx. 100 employees), we are looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist who enjoys working close to operations and people. This role combines hands-on HR delivery with true business partnering for leaders, plus ownership of HR administration and payroll inputs.
- Run end-to-end HR processes for production and office employees (onboarding,
contract changes, offboarding, day-to-day employee relations support) - HR administration and payroll coordination: ensure accurate and timely HR data,
- prepare monthly payroll inputs, and manage topics such as:
- o time & attendance (hours, shifts/rosters, overtime)
- o allowances, leave, and sickness absence
- Act as a trusted HR partner for the management team: advise on performance, absence, difficult conversations, team topics and practical people decisions
- Maintain HR documentation and provide HR reporting (e.g., absence, turnover, headcount, personnel costs)
- Manage external HR stakeholders and providers, such as:
- o payroll provider
- o occupational health service & company doctor (arbodienst)
- o employee insurances
- o temporary employment agencies (uitzendbureaus)
- Ensure HR compliance: work in line with Dutch labour law, internal procedures and group HR policies/standards
- Coordinate recruitment for production and specialist roles, and support employer branding strategy implementation
- Contribute to HR initiatives that support the business (communication, engagement, leadership development, process improvements)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an autonomous HR Generalist / HRBP role (manufacturing/operations environment is a strong plus)
- Solid knowledge of Dutch HR administration and payroll-related processes, especially time & attendance, shifts, overtime and allowances
- Practical working knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Strong partnering skills: communicate clearly, influence effectively, build alignment, and come with solutions
- Good prioritisation and organisation skills
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with HR systems and confident MS Office skills
