Your Mission
- Manage customer orders from contract review to final shipment invoicing.
- Coordinate production schedules based on capacity planning, material availability, project priorities, and delivery requirements.
- Track and control all logistics process steps, from order release, procurement, warehousing, production supply, packing, shipping, and customer delivery.
- Organize shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery performance.
- Support the customer journey through key project milestones from order confirmation to service handover.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective communication, and timely execution of logistics, material flow, and customer delivery objectives.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or planning.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, order management, production planning, or customer project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end material flow processes, inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and shipment execution.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with international transportation, export documentation, customs regulations, trade compliance, and coordination of global shipments is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
