What you will do
We’re looking for a hands-on and proactive Outbound B2C Superuser to join our team at Heibloemweg 10.
This is a developmental position, ideal for someone with strong character, basic logistics knowledge, and the ambition to grow—whether you're just starting out or already have some experience.

- 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00
- 14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00
- Includes 2 Sundays per month
Outbound B2C Process Responsibilities
As an Outbound B2C Superuser, you’ll be actively involved in the daily e-commerce outbound operations. You’ll work alongside the team, performing operational tasks, while also supporting the team lead in coordinating and improving processes. Your focus will be on ensuring that customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and with care.
Your responsibilities include:

Order picking and packing
Selecting items for individual customer orders and packing them securely and neatly, ensuring presentation and accuracy. -
Scanning and system registration
Using handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and register outbound goods. -
Shipping preparation
Labelling, sorting, and preparing parcels for dispatch via various carriers (e.g. PostNL, DHL, DPD), ensuring timely handover. -
Return handling
Assisting with the processing and registration of returned items according to company procedures. -
Working alongside the team
Performing daily tasks such as scanning, packing, and sorting—remaining hands-on and engaged with the team. -
Supporting the team lead
Assisting with planning, communication, and coordination. Acting as a point of contact when the team lead is unavailable. -
Improving outbound processes
Identifying opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in the B2C outbound flow.
