What you'll do
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on role where you can take pride in what you create? At Troldtekt B.V. in Maarheeze, we’re looking for a Production Employee who enjoys working with their hands!
The work involves repetitive but satisfying tasks you’ll be making serious progress throughout the day. On top of that you’ll be sawing insulation boards to size and gluing them onto cement-bonded wood wool panels in various colors and sizes. High quality and precise work are key here.
- Your tasks will include;
- Sawing insulation boards to size;
- Gluing acoustic panels;
- Operating the packing machine and performing forklift work.
You’ll use a cutting machine that needs to be set to the correct width. Once set, it’s go time! You’ll also keep your workspace clean and organized and make sure products are ready for the next step. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a total of 1 hour break). You'll be part of an international team of 8 colleagues. The production floor has a strong team spirit, and communication with the office is quick and easy!

For the role of Production Employee, we're looking for someone who’s not afraid to get hands-on and has the right work ethic. You’ll literally be on the production floor and enjoy a consistent rhythm in your workday.

What we offer
This is a day shift position with the prospect of a permanent contract. Your salary is determined according to the Hibin CLA. Here’s what you’ll receive:
- Gross monthly salary between €2,505 and €2,571 (based on 40 hours);
- 25 vacation days;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 40 km one way);
