What will you do as a Quality Engineer?
As a Quality Engineer at Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven, you are the guardian of quality across every phase of the product life cycle. You move easily between customers, development, production and supply chain and ensure that quality is never a final checkpoint but a continuous process.
You translate customer expectations into concrete actions. You lead discussions on quality. You identify improvement opportunities and take ownership of them. You ask the right questions, discover root causes and help teams raise their standards. Your work influences product performance and therefore directly impacts the entire organization.
In this role, your daily responsibilities include:
- Leading quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Translating customer requirements into clear process and team-level implementation
- Identifying improvement opportunities and taking full responsibility for improvement trajectories
- Driving and performing root cause analyses and improvement programs
- Supporting product and process design decisions
- Contributing to supplier-related quality activities
- Structurally improving the performance of the organization
Who are you?
Do you instantly spot where quality is gained or lost? Do you have an eye for detail while never losing sight of the bigger picture? Then this role is a strong fit for you.
We are looking for someone with:
- A BSc, BEng or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics or a comparable field
- At least 6 years of experience in quality engineering
- Experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA and Power BI
- An analytical and precise working style
- A strong sense of ownership and enjoyment in collaboration
- The drive to continuously improve
