Your Responsibilities

Sales Support
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer correspondence.
• Process and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with production, logistics, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate customer and commercial data within company systems.
• Support the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare sales reports, analyses, and performance tracking information.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely response to inquiries.

Inside Sales
• Maintain regular contact with customers and dealers via phone and email.
• Follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer requests.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support customer retention and relationship development activities.
• Assist in generating new business opportunities and leads.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience working in an international B2B environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage.
